Laces are undefeated!
I cannot speak for anyone else, but as for my experience with this company, it's been great! The customer service is top-notch, and they'll even check in after your order placed to verify specific accommodations.
Special shoutouts to their customer service rep Ada, who always does her best to contact me to provide quality service (even when I don't get a chance to e-mail back). Special attention like that matters to me because they actually care about their consumer! .
The quality of the laces are undefeated and its minimal customization on my end. Just cut, style a bit and go!
I gave them 4 stars only because of their long delivery time.thank goodness I already have a few other units from them that I keep in rotation!
